Who is Cam Cooney?

An Aussie passionate about teaching meditation with a twist of humour. Cam is a widely known meditation teacher around the UK and the rest of the world.

As well as a Movember Ambassador; Cam has become well-known to the general public via leading news outlets & channels.

He’s learned from some of the most respected teachers around the world, and taught thousands of students.

Cam came to meditation after suffering from a mental break-down, while going through rehab for a broken back.

When he first came across meditation his reaction was “isn’t that for monks? and Buddha with the fat belly? Do I need to wear an orange robe?”

Cams journey is now about helping people realize that meditation isn’t just bald heads and oranges robes, but an effortless life tool that anyone can benefit from; he likens it to doing bicep curls for your mental health - strengthening the mental muscle.
