3 Day Course

The 3 Day Course is suitable for complete beginners, experienced meditators of other techniques or those that have already tried Your First Session.

This will allow you to dive deeper into meditation, and build the skills to continue the journey on your own.

Day One

1 hour (selectable time)

In this 1-2-1 session you will be given your own personalised mantra and guided into meditation with simple instructions.

Day Two

2.5 hours (morning, afternoon, or evening)

In this group session, we will begin fine tuning your practice. We'll then explore the physiology of stress, and how to fit the practice into your life.

On our last day, we’ll delve into the spiritual side of meditation and how we can begin to integrate a lasting state of fulfilment.

This session will be One-to-One, after a brief traditional ceremony (puja), you will be given your own personal mantra or sound and then experience your first Vedic Meditation with guidance.
