Terms & Policies

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:

There is no refunds for Adult or Childrens Course cancellations. Course rescheduling is available. Read below for policies on rescheduling.

There is no refunds for either upon completion of the course.

CHECK IN:

Upon sign up to Vedic Meditation Beginners Course, you will receive an email confirming your spot and what you need to bring. Please respect this, as Day 1 (one-to-one session) of the course has a very short turn around from student to student sessions. Bringing flowers and fruits is a must for the short ceremony (puja) that requires you to learn this technique.

VENUES:

All venues are hired out and paid by the teacher. Please respect all venue rules, materials and furniture. Failure to do so will result in your exclusion from the course.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

If you have any medical concerns, please contact me before signing up to the course or consult with your doctor. In most cases it is fine but for unique medical conditions, it is always better to talk with your teacher or doctor beforehand.

STUDENT ACCESS:

Upon completion of the Learn To Meditate Course (3 Day Course), students will gain access to Weekly Group Meditations. CCM reserves the right to remove any student at any time from this access for reasons known to CCM.

RESCHEDULING:

If you need to reschedule your course within two weeks of your booking date, you will be charged a £40 rescheduling fee.

MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN COMMITMENTS:

By signing up via a Monthly Payment Plan, you’re obliged to fulfil all payments.

Non-payments will be collected by CCM.

Failure to do so may result in debt recovery proceedings being started.

If court proceedings are commenced this would include applicable fees due under the law on late payments, as well as claim for interest from the due date of the invoices, court fees and recovery costs. Where appropriate, interest, compensation and further costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 will be claimed.

If payment is not received within this time frame, legal proceedings may be commenced without further correspondence.

Please note, if a Judgment is subsequently made against you, it is likely to affect your credit rating.
