EASY TO LEARN

Meditation - Made Easy

Once you’ve been to Your First Session (a FREE introductory class), you can then take the next step & begin learning the full practice over three short days at the Learn To Meditate Course..

Put simply - this is a modern style of meditation.

No awkward cross-legged positions.
No bald head, orange robes or mudras.
No need to ditch your espresso for green juice.
No need to buy yoga pants.

After completing the course,
you’ll gain EXCLUSIVE access to weekly group meditations via the CCM App, able to join retreats, and a Certification Of Learning.

Day One

1 hour (selectable time)

In this 1-2-1 session you will be given your own personalised mantra and guided into meditation with simple instructions.

Day Two

2.5 hours (morning, afternoon, or evening)

In this group session, we will begin fine tuning your practice. We'll then explore the physiology of stress, and how to fit the practice into your life.

Day Three

2.5 hours (morning, afternoon, or evening)

On our last day, we’ll delve into the spiritual side of meditation and how we can begin to integrate a lasting state of fulfilment.

“at age 19, I was going through rehab for a broken back, and was an anxious, angry teenager. I struggled to see much light in my life.. After a mental breakdown at work, the medical profession didn’t offer me any help in finding a solution… so I did what any modern teenager would do and Googled ‘how to be happy’ and that’s where I came across meditation…”

After dabbling in many meditation courses, classes, and retreats around the world, Cam decided to master Vedic meditation and studied for 3 years to become a qualified teacher.

Once qualified, Cam ended up in Glasgow and started living his passion to “help people move from a numbing lifestyle to a more subtle fulfilled one”
