What is Gratitude?
Gratitude is a quality of appreciation, showing kindness, and being thankful.
How does it benefit us?
Gratitude practices are incredibly positive for our mental health. By practicing gratitude, this triggers particular neurotransmitters in our brain; boosting dopamine + serotonin. It gives us feelings of pleasure, happiness, and fulfilment.
A regular gratitude practice begins to positively shift our mindset; finding the positives within all situations, events, and beings around us.
