Once youâve been to Your First Session (a FREE introductory class), you can then take the next step & begin learning the full practice over three short days in the Learn To Meditate Course..
Put simply - this is a modern style of meditation.
No awkward cross-legged positions.
No bald head, orange robes or mudras.
No need to ditch your espresso for green juice.
No need to buy yoga pants.
After the course you can take it to the next level & join a retreat; youâll also recieve a Certification Of Learning.
If youâre not ready for the course, you can join in our LIVE weekly group meditations via the âMeditate With Cam Appâ with a FREE trial.
Day One
1 hour (selectable time)
In this 1-2-1 session you will be given your own personalised mantra and guided into meditation with simple instructions.

âat age 19, I was going through rehab for a broken back, and was an anxious, angry teenager. I struggled to see much light in my life.. After a mental breakdown at work, the medical profession didnât offer me any help in finding a solutionâĶ so I did what any modern teenager would do and Googled âhow to be happyâ and thatâs where I came across meditationâĶâ
After dabbling in many meditation courses, classes, and retreats around the world, Cam decided to master Vedic meditation and studied for 3 years to become a qualified teacher.
Once qualified, Cam ended up in Glasgow and started living his passion to âhelp people move from a numbing lifestyle to a more subtle fulfilled oneâ
